February 2024 – Laurent Sablé, Partner at UGGC Africa, gave a training session on “M&A operations in Africa: the importance of know-how and interpersonal skills or how to incorporate cultural differences in negotiations” on 22 and 23 February at the ESSEC Afrique campus in Rabat.
The lecture was part of the “Exploring Business Law & Management in Africa” module organised by Alexandra Gattino Pollicott.
This professional, multidisciplinary project involves 46 students from the Specialised Masters in International Business Law and Management, who are mainly preparing for legal careers in companies and law firms, but also in banking and finance, consultancy and public affairs.
