She is a graduate in Business Law, and holder of a Certificate in General Courses on Intellectual Property delivered by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and a Professional Arbitrator’s certificate delivered by the UK International Center for Arbitration and Mediation, Nigerian Branch (Abuja).

She handles company secretarial services and advises on shareholders’ agreements, shares purchase, corporate governance, corporate finance, company restructuring, regulatory compliance, negotiation, and drafting of commercial agreements. She is known for her expertise in assisting corporate entities in their investment projects. Her competence ranges from business incorporation to the negotiation and execution of complex commercial contracts.
She has extensive experience in securities, mergers, and restructuring. She has developed a great interest in technology projects and advises on specific issues relating to payment services, mobile money transactions, payments services distributors/sub-distributors agreements, and international money remittance in the CEMAC zone.
