PARTNER

I joined UGGC in 2003 after spending three years in the Public-Private Partnerships department at Landwell. In 2011 I became a partner at UGGC.

Since then, Thierry Dal Farra, Philippe Hansen, and I have overseen the Public Business Law department, which is one of the firm’s benchmark activities.
I am also a senior lecturer at the Université de Paris XI – Jean Monnet.

UGGC & me

At a time when “boutique” and “niche” firms are in fashion, I believe in the advantages of being a multi-disciplinary firm offering services to cover every dimension of business law. That is the model on which UGGC Avocats is founded.

At the same time, I think it is important to maintain the human touch of a mid-sized firm, where there is strong and genuine cohesion between team members, whether partners or associates. Our turnover rate is relatively low, which is quite an achievement.

My practice

My practice focuses mainly on public procurement law and public contracts (concessions; procurement contracts; partnership agreements) and my clientèle consists primarily of private-sector operators and major national public operators.
We are also specialised in regulatory law, including transport regulations, which is one of our team’s most extensive areas of expertise.

Finally, I often work on problems related to how institutions operate and develop, including the structuring and management of projects, pooling and diversification of activities, codes of ethics for the public sector and public officials, etc.
