UGGC Africa alongside Sadaa Invest in the creation of the company Colis Privé Maroc

UGGC Africa, a leading pan-African law firm, assisted Sadaa Invest, a company specialized in logistics, in the creation of a joint venture with Colis Privé International to create the company Colis Privé Maroc.

This joint venture will strengthen the distribution of parcels to individuals on the African territory and particularly in the “last mile” delivery.

UGGC Africa advised Sadaa Invest on the implementation of agreements with Colis Privé International, the drafting of investment protocols and the drafting of shareholders’ agreements.

The UGGC Africa team that assisted Sadaa Invest was led by Laurent Sablé (partner at the Paris and Casablanca offices).

About UGGC Africa

In 2002, UGGC Avocats was one of the first independent French law firm to open a subsidiary in Casablanca and an Africa Desk in Paris. These two platforms allowed it to operate in the Maghreb and in sub-Saharan, Central and West Africa.

Almost 20 years later, it was natural for the firm to adopt the new name UGGC Africa, a symbol of its pan-African development. With the integration of two major law firms located in Ivory Coast and Cameroon, UGGC Africa is able to offer expertise in business law at the highest international standards, combined with a strong regional presence.

UGGC Africa covers more than 20 expertise (M&A, Private Equity, International Investments, Anti-Trust, Litigation and Arbitration, etc.).
