UGGC Africa advised Trescal on its acquisition of Air Metrologie and L2MI, long-established metrology players in Morocco.
With this transaction, Trescal strengthens its presence in the Moroccan market and broadens its calibration and verification offering for industry, notably in healthcare, aerospace, automotive and rail.
