UGGC Law Firm is honored to have received the Silver Trophy in Mergers & Acquisition: transactions > €50 million at the 9th edition of the Palmarès du Droit organized by Le Monde du Droit in partnership with the French Association of Corporate Lawyers (AFJE).
A true barometer of the profession, the Palmarès du Droit allows law firms to situate themselves in relation to their peers but also to highlight their skills and the quality of their work, regardless of their size.
Since its inception in 2013, more than 200 firms have been awarded.
This year’s survey has over 360 firms listed and 5800 voters.
